About the project:
Overflow is a powerful symbol connecting place and community, celebrating the unique character of the Sixth Street location, through form and design. Dynamic and engaging, this site - specific sculpture symbolises themes intrinsic to the space, creating a distinctive and positive identity for the community and visitors to engage, explore and enjoy the ‘Heart of Murray Bridge’.
We worked closely with stakeholders and the Murray Bridge community to develop an aesthetic dialogue, focusing on key themes such as the concept of Watermark – art and culture inscribed into the urban landscape, reflecting time and place.
